Our tech, Brett was great! Our garage broke in the evening so I booked an appointment for first thing in the morning. He arrived right at 8am, diagnosed the issues, and gave us several options before proceeding. He had the garage back up and running within an hour.

Good: arrived in less than a day. Quick. Left remainder of oil spray to lubricate for future. Cons: No discount AT ALL for purchasing and paying for install of a brand new door 2 years and 2 months prior. You'd think there would be a reduction or removal of the service call charge for being a returning customer of a multi-thousand purchase. In addition their rates seem to be higher than the competition.

I had a problem with the garage door on Sunday at 7am. I have used Precision Garage Doors before and so appreciate they are available 24/7. I called and the technician arrived at 10am. Matt was so professional, explained everything, answered all my questions, nice, and knowledgeable. I would and have recommended Precision to others. In fact, they replaced garage doors for my son not long ago. They are great. Gayle Gray
