Called for a broken spring and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Technician Brett Warfel arrived and was greeted by a challenging situation. We have a Corvette that was unable to be moved from the space where he would need to replace the spring. Brett was very professional, engaging, and respectful of our property. After discussion with my husband, he explained what work needed to be done, along with three options and costs. There was no pressure which option to pick and no complaining about the difficult working situation. Will definitely use Precision again and have told friends and neighbors what wonderful service.

He replaced my entire garage system in about 2 hours and took the time to explain what he was doing and why it needed to be done. My garage door stopped working recently, so I called Precision and a technician came out within the hour. He quickly determined the problem and explained how to prevent it in the future. We were also able to purchase a second opener that he programmed for us. Completely satisfied!

Very pleased with the prompt and thorough service provided by Will M. of Precision Garage Door. He was able to quickly reprogram our old remotes and talked through the lubrication he performed so that we can keep up on it in the future until we choose to upgrade our doors. The Book Now feature also worked pretty well. We requested a Monday morning appointment on a Saturday, and Will showed up right on time. Only suggestion is to add a field for the user to enter their own comments/questions when submitting the appointment request.

Brett arrived on time. He was courteous and took the time to thoroughly explain why our 19 year old Lift Master garage opener needed to be replaced. He offered us 3 different replacement options. We chose to get another Lift Master. In addition he inspected the springs, the rollers, and brackets on our garage door. He completed the work in less than 1.5 hours.
