My tech was Mathew Brewer. He was punctual, professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly. Mathew identified where the malfunction was in a timely manner, fixed the problem and conducted tests and resets to make sure everything was in working order before he left. I should have called a year ago! Thank you Precision and Mathew!

Fast, reliable, professional, courteous service! This is my second time working with this company. Both times were excellent experiences! Setting up a service appointment is easy and you are promptly put on the schedule. You can call to schedule, or, do an online appointment. I opted for calling, and spoke with a LIVE service representative!!!! Ryan was our service technician both times. The first time Ryan replaced a broken spring on one of our garage doors. He replaced the spring, and the garage door function was as good as new. This second experience, was to replace our aging and antiquated 17 year old garage door openers. We were able to choose the best model for our needs. There was no pressure to up sell! Ryan has excellent skills, is easy to communicate with, and very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs! Thanks again!

Repairman was very good. This was a small repair where just one bolt needed to be reversed in the other direction so the door would open and close smoothly.

I was able to have them come the next day even though it was a Saturday morning. Ryan explained what was wrong and how he could fix it and got it all done in under an hour. He also told me that I should use garage door oil on the hinges twice a year. I’d never even heard of it but it will improve the life of my door. Very reasonably priced and hopefully I won’t need them again for a long time but will call them first if I do!

The spring on our garage door broke Saturday late afternoon. The garage door was replaced in 2016, I called the company that installed it, spoke with an answering service, & was told they would leave them a message, & someone would be in touch Monday morning. Then I called Precision, spoke with a very helpful person & had an appointment for Monday AM bet 8 & 10. Brett, the tech called around 7:30, & was here around 8:00. He was very professional & personable, he answered all of my questions & explained everything about the repair! Five stars but for sure a caution on price. Technician showed up at my house within two hours of my call. Technician was very friendly, very knowledgeable, professionally dressed and in a professional business van. When previous homeowners had changed out garage door motors, they had simply spliced the wires to the safety lasers instead of rewiring -- so the fix was simply re-establishing the splices, just peeling back the wires and splicing them together again. This took about ten minutes. For this ten minute job that involved no parts or special tools, the charge was $188. I have to be honest that hurt a little bit.

Precision Garage Doors of St. Louis repaired the springs in our garage door five years ago and did a wonderful job; however, we could not recall the company name, called a business in Wentzville and were shocked at the recommendation they proposed to install weather stripping on the bottom of our door. So, we dug through a couple files and found your name and number and are so pleased with your service today. Your technician, Christopher Loftus arrived on time, explained there were two ways to install the new weather stripping and that he could fix it. He was polite and professional and accomplished the task in a timely manner. Should we ever need any other repair on the door, we will never forget the name of your company again.
