My past garage door service provider retired, and I had a friend tell me about Precision maybe six weeks ago. I found out that a spring had broken, so I called Precision before 5pm Thursday, and Ryan Fisher (Service Technician) called me at 7:40am Friday morning to let me know that he would be at my house within 30 minutes. Ryan arrived exactly when he said he would, explained the things he would be looking at, and then broke down the costs of the owns and the repair. No pressure...it felt like I was dealing with a family member.

There isn't much to separate some service companies these days other than just that...service. This one excels. If an emergency garage door repair experience can even go well, this one was as great as I guess it can get.Brett, the service tech, was here on time and took the extra time to explain every single issue with me, and offered a few different solutions. This, all after a safety check of the equipment. Pricing was detailed and discussed prior to any work being done, and Brett explained each step. The work was completed, and once again he walked me through everything providing me with confidence that the job was complete and done properly. All companies need a representative like him. Every service company could learn something from the way this one operates.

Looked on google for someone servicing Lake St Louis. Called before 7am & someone answered right away. I was able to get a 2 hr window appt same day. Technician came right at 10. I randomly picked Precision based on their BBB rating on the website and I’m so glad I did! The service representative (Andrew) that came out to fix my garage door was so great! He was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated that he took the time to educate me on how the garage door is supposed to work and he did so in a very respectful, non-condescending manner. I appreciated his respect and this also helped me to make a more educated decision on which repairs I chose to complete. Additionally, it was very easy to get an appointment. I called in the afternoon and they sent someone out at 8am the next day! I highly recommend this company for garage repairs!

I just had my garage door fixed by Precision. The service tech, Brent was very knowledgeable & explained why certain materials are used (ie. 2 springs as compared to 1). He had the springs & a bearing replaced in 45 mins! I would likely recommend Precision to fix your garage door.

Fast, excellent service. I called on Monday morning around 8am and you were able to send a technician out the same day to do a spring replacement, along with some other maintenance issues with our garage door. The tech did a great job explaining everything and getting the job done quickly and accurately. Very pleased with the service and workmanship. Will recommend to others.
