Had a broken spring on my door. My technician Joel Rife was on time and listened to what my issues were with the garage door. He then explained to me everything that he was going to inspect that involved the door. Before he left he made sure that all my questions were answered. Very good company.

Wow! Super smooth trouble free transaction. Shawn called to announce arrival, and showed up early. Repair was made to track and adjustment made. I was able to ask all the questions I had regarding the old garage door that I had. Also time was taken to show me what parts needing to be lubricated in the future. Precision sent a technician out within 2 days (to meet my schedule). The tech evaluated my garage door and opener. He then explained what needed to be fixed or replaced and gave me 3 estimates. I accepted and he installed a new opener that day. All done professionally and within a couple of hours. Great service.
