The service was very quick and efficient. John was very knowledgeable and did a great job. The only complaint that I would have is the over the phone estimate, it was off by $160. I will use Precision in the future and hope to get the same repairman.

Your employees were prompt and professional. I thought they did an excellent job. However, I thought your prices were extremely high. Paid $745 to get just the door fixed which seemed excessive. Of course, I felt stuck agreeing to price because I had to get to work. Don't know if I would recommend your company because I felt I overpaid.

Precision Garage Door was professional from the first phone call to the final installation. Due to no fault of theirs, it was necessary to reschedule the initial installation date. Precision worked with me the entire time until a date could be arranged and the installation completed. The men took less time to install 2 doors than expected and they cleaned up every bit of debree. My doors look awesome and I can park in my garage again!!

Repairman came out in a good waiting period. Told me the garage door was level and that I should put a piece of insulation under the door that was raised up. Funny but before the new springs were placed the door closed level with the garage floor !!

We reviewed our garage door company options for our area, the the reviews, and concluded Precision was the best choice. We had garage door springs and rollers replaced, and our technician will be back this week to install a garage door opener as well as to provide new remote openers.

Next day service was great for me, tech called 25 minutes before he arrived, he arrived right at the beginning of the 2 hour period when he was supposed to be here, gave me a quote, very reasonable I thought, and then proseaded to make repairs. I was very happy with Precision and Mike, my service technician. I will definitely recommend and use Precision in the future, thanks, Glenn
