We called Precision very late in the afternoon after one of the springs broke. Honestly, we were hoping to make it on the early repairs the next morning since it was close to 5:00 pm. We were quite pleased to hear a technician would be there in about 30 minutes. Matt arrived within that time frame. He carefully explained the options, answered questions and gave us time to consider the options. NO RUSH. He had all the tools and equipment needed to replace the spring, rollers and cable. He also performed a quick trouble shoot on the garage opener and made it open quicker. He did a fantastic job! He is very personable and professional! Next job, we want to Matt again!

We had them out last year to replace the spring and we pleased with the service. When our opener failed to work properly we called and were told that a service tech would be out. Matt was running late and he called to let us know. He did the complete replacement without problems. We are very satisfied.

My garage door opener is acting up. Doesn’t always open have to open and close a couple times before door will fully open. Total waste of time for your technician and a waste of my $89 that I had to pay for him to come out only to tell me oh we don’t service that brand of opener. So he said we’d have to sell you a new one because we can’t repair that one. So sell me and install a new one for $729 I don’t think so, total rip off. Maybe better business practice would be for Precision Door to ask customer what brand of opener they have to see if it’s one you service before sending someone to come out only to find out you don’t service it. Also give an estimate over the phone on prices of openers and install costs. Most customers can explain how big their garage door is for proper size. But your current way is great for you to collect $89.

Brett, our technician was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Also called prior to arrival with 30 minutes notice and was in the time window provided, which is always nice. We had to replace some parts and the whole job was done in just over an hour. Also same day service from when I called Precision to explain what was wrong. Staff was friendly and we will use them for any future issues!

I read the ratings before I called them and I was immediately impressed with the speed of service they provided to me and the experience of Brent Gregory, the technician they sent out to me. I have never seen anyone more experienced and knowledgable as this guy is In my personal experience with them, Precision is an exceptional company with exceptional employees. I experienced a broken spring in the morning and was basically locked out of my garage, but by the early afternoon repairs were completed and everything was functioning perfectly. No need to call anyone else, if Precision can't provide the service you need, no one can - I can highly recommend them.
