Shawn did an excellent job in repairing my garage door. He arrive at the scheduled time, easily diagnosed the fix and did it. Additionally, he replaced the the seal on the bottom of the door. He was friendly, very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I'm hoping I have no future problems but if I do, I'll call Precision first.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Precision Garage Door Service. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon; I reached out to Precision by their online service and an appointment was scheduled for the next day...on a Sunday! Chris arrived on time, explained the entire process and what needed to be done and the cost before he began. My garage doors now function better and are quieter than they did when first installed! I don't say this very often, but this company exceeded my expectations! Would recommend very highly!

We work hard to fix the door RIGHT the first time and fix everything that is needed. Others want to fix just enough to have customers calling back in a few months to fix something else...we want to to fix it all at once so there isn't another service and labor fee paid by the customer. Great service! I had a broken spring and had it replaced. A co-worker recommended Precision to me and I am glad he gave me the contact info. When technician, Joel, arrived he was very professional, courteous, fast and pleasant to talk with. Very knowledgeable in answering questions I had as well as helpful in providing tips and safety issues. Definitely would recommend Precision to others. Thank you.

I really like the look of the new garage doors, the keyless entry, the on-off lights, etc. There was a delay in set-up due to the company mis-measuring during trip #1. The doors are not noise-less by any means BUT much less noise than the doors that were replaced. Overall, I am satisfied!

Request for service: Door will not stay in the up position when operator disconnected from door. This was a replacement spring when the new door was installed (it worked OK). The operator wasn't functioning at all when your technician arrived. Once the spring was tensioned, all the quirks went away. It was as if the operator was confused and lost it's way. I did mess with adjustment, but that was several months prior. I installed the operator in 2002. I'm currently 70 years old with a bum leg and not inclined to work on a ladder adjusting springs. I'm pleased with the quick fix your technician provided. *****
