My garage door was hit by a car. It barely came down. I contacted Precision the night it happened via chat. I was advised of what route I should take and was able to make an appointment for the next morning. The technician arrived on time, was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Brent was very fast and efficient and even early to appointment! I highly recommend them for a garage door opener install. I had actually contacted a different company that played around for a few days with no contact, I think they did me a favor by making me look for a new one.

PGD’s representative, Mr. Brent Gregory, was very professional and informative during the install. He answered my numerous questions and provided me with an understanding of my new Garage opener.
