I had precision garage door come out to service the door they installed in 2020 because there are some problems with the door closing opening properly and coming off the track. The service technician that came out I believe his name was Matt Did an incredible job. They honored the warranty after he called his supervisor to explain what the issue was the supervisor Eddy called me personally to let me know that would be taken care of not only did the technician balance fix and correct the issue he went ran me through a brief summary of what he repaired the garage door. If they hang onto This technician they were retain a lot of customers like myself really excellent service thank you.

MY technician was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He patiently explained the problem with my garage door-opener and discussed my options to repair it or replace it. I like the fact that he didn't just try to sell me a new opener as soon as he walked into the garage like the other guy who pronounced my opener "dead" (my word choice) before inspecting it. I decided to purchase a new belt driven garage door opener with the built-in camera and LED light after he explained the promotional savings compared to a non-camera unit. The motor is impressively quiet making it hard for us to tell when another family member has made it home. One note: if you want to save and view video footage from camera later, you will have to buy a subscription to My-Q. I think they have 2 or 3 different plans to choose from.

Highly recommend Precision Door Service. Called and they were able to schedule my appointment the very next morning. The service technician, Ryan Fisher, was prompt, very courteous and personable, and explained everything the was doing. Although it was a simple fix, he went the extra mile checking everything out. Exceptional customer service!!!

Precision is easily getting 5 out of 5 stars from me. Quick turnaround from my call requesting service to the technician arrival time, plus the sent out a true professional. Mr. John Lane knew exactly what the problem was, he gave a complete inspection to check for other issues, gave me a fair estimate, got right to work and taught me how to better maintain my garage door during the repair process. I couldn't have asked for better service. They will definitely get the call when I need service or upgrades in the future.

I chose Precision because they were easy to reach on a Sunday, so I at least got the scheduling done. The technician came nearly an hour before the appointment window the next day, which meant I could get on with my day that much sooner. He explained the work that needed to be done thoroughly, explained the difference between the standard and extended warranty without pushing it, and got my garage door repaired within about an hour.
