The answering service gave me 'ballpark' quotes and discounts. When I spoke with the tech about prices he informed me the prices were way off. (Hence the 4 stars)He apologized for the misunderstanding/misinformation and explained the actual 'walk out the door' cost to repair my garage door. After inspecting everything, he said I didn't need a new opener or door. What I needed was a big spring and something to secure the rod. He saved me a lot of money and did a good job!

7/21/2018 Great Job! This was the first time we used Precision Door Service and was completely satisfied with the results. The garage door spring broke late Friday, and Adam came out a little before 10 AM on Saturday. Adam was on time, reviewed with me the safety concerns and my options and worked diligently removing the old garage door springs and putting in the new Hi Cycle springs and rollers. He made necessary checks on other concerns of the door, tightened and replaced bolts as necessary and was done before we knew it! I highly recommend Precision Door for Garage Door service of any kind. Adam was very pleasant, worked hard and smart and did a great job.

They inspected the damage and offered me multiple service options. They were very efficient and completed the job in less than 45 minutes. The service man called when he was on his way and told me when he would arrive. He was on time and after taking a look at the door he got to work. I could not believe how quickly he was able to get this done. Since my house is so old I was concerned that he would have the right parts but he did. I am very please with the service.

Our spring went out on Friday night with one vehicle stuck inside the garage. I called Saturday morning expecting not to be fit in on such short notice, and I was surprised that someone could be over in a few hours. Wonderful service, called at 7 am and they came out at 930. Garage door spring broken. based on condition and age of existing garage door, suggested that we replace the entire door, but gave me the options of which I wanted to do. Door is 20 years old and shows signs of problems, so replace is the smart thing to do.

Our garage door spring broke, but Precision was able to send a technician on a Sunday to complete repairs. Joel Rife was extremely helpful as he took the time to explain the condition of the garage door assembly and outlined our options for repair. We chose to replace everything (garage door, tracks, rollers, hinges, springs, cables, bearing plates, etc.) assembly due to the age and condition of our current system. Joel was even able to clamp our current spring in order for us to open the garage door while we schedule the new door to be installed. Very happy with initial service and excited for our new door to be installed!
