Our spring went out on Friday night with one vehicle stuck inside the garage. I called Saturday morning expecting not to be fit in on such short notice, and I was surprised that someone could be over in a few hours. Jamey explained my different options and had us up and running in no time! I was very pleased with every step of the process from the phone call, to the service, and the final product! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door work in the future!!!

You scheduled me quickly for service to repair my door that was down and frozen. Your repairman came when scheduled and explained the repairs required IE broken cables, spring, and bad bearings. Chris was pleasant and repaired the door quickly. We are very satisfied.

Wonderful service, called at 7 am and they came out at 930. Garage door spring broken. based on condition and age of existing garage door, suggested that we replace the entire door, but gave me the options of which I wanted to do. Door is 20 years old and shows signs of problems, so replace is the smart thing to do.

Our garage door spring broke, but Precision was able to send a technician on a Sunday to complete repairs. Joel Rife was extremely helpful as he took the time to explain the condition of the garage door assembly and outlined our options for repair. We chose to replace everything (garage door, tracks, rollers, hinges, springs, cables, bearing plates, etc.) assembly due to the age and condition of our current system. Joel was even able to clamp our current spring in order for us to open the garage door while we schedule the new door to be installed. Very happy with initial service and excited for our new door to be installed!

The team you sent to our house were knowledgeable, competent, and quick. They diagnosed several problems with our 15 year old garage door that had finally failed and managed to get it up and running better than new and without installing a new opener. From 1 to 5 I'd give a 10!!!! Professional, through and through, and worked so hard replacing my garage opener in freezing cold weather. Very nice gentleman and made sure I was satisfied and walked me through everything from nuts to bolts!! Did all he could to program it to my car opener but my car is almost 11 years old and he spent a lot of time trying to make it work. My son, also a Thomas, recommended you when you put in my garage door a year ago as he was very pleased with your work also. Thank you so coming out in this horrid cold. I have already told my neighbors about you!

5 STARS!! Shawn Roderick was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our keypad was broken, so he replaced that and did a thorough check of all of the mechanisms related to the garage door. He made suggestions without a "hard sell" attitude for which I was very grateful, and I had Shawn replace the rollers on the door. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who needs a garage door replacement or repair. Thank you!!

After waking to a broken spring, I called Precision Garage Door hoping they would be able to squeeze me in the same day to get an estimate on the necessary repairs. Not only were they able to come out and provide an estimate, they were able to perform the following services in the same visit: Replaced the spring, replaced the door rollers, and replaced the garage door opener. They performed the work quickly and in a professional manner. I will use Precision again when it is time to upgrade my other garage door and hopefully will have the same technicians perform the work (Chris Koch and Kyle Denton).

Your service tech Chris, as very through and offered the best repair and I know the correct repair options for my garage door. But due to the age and my budget, he repaired my broken single spring with two two new replacement springs for better operation. Chris was very personable and offered the best and correct options for repair.
