Precision Garage Door was great to work with. I called them in the evening and their technician Brett Warfel was at my house at 8:00 am. the next morning. Brett analyzed my issues, also checked my second garrage door and found issues with that. He quoted me an exact figure and fixed everything. He did a great job. Brett was professional and a very nice person. I enjoyed talking hockey with him and watching him work. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.

Brett communicated that he could come earlier than the scheduled time which was appreciated. I called Precision at 8am to schedule a repair, they asked what type & I told them it was off track & unable to close. They scheduled me that same day between 2 & 4pm. I was texted at 1:30pm & told the tech was on his way. Dejuan showed up a few minutes before 2 pm. He inspected the garage door issue, gave me an estimated cost prior to starting & after getting my approval to proceed, he got to work. He got done just under 90 minutes later. Everything back to normal. He was polite & professional the whole time. We had a holiday party to attend 3 hours after he left. It was nice knowing the garage door was secure once again when we left. I would recommend this company for your garage repair issues.
