My garage door has been making this awfully loud squeak for a few months and finally I decided to get it look at. I booked Precision based on reviews and I'm glad I did. Matt Brewer, the technician, was extremely courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and had our best interest in mind. He knew what the problem was immediately and even addressed some safety concerns we had no idea about. My garage door finally sounds normal again! I will absolutely use Precision in the future shall I need them.

We had a spring break last night. I called this morning and they were able send a tech out the same day. Brett checked out the whole door, not just the broken spring and made a couple recommendations. He did a great job explaining the options and we wound up going with a complete overhaul of not only springs, but also bearings, rollers, and cables. Brett even went above and beyond and adjusted our sensors. All the work was done in under two hours. We really appreciated the good and fast work and will definitely call for any future needs.

Ryan diagnosed my problem with garage door opener and said I needed a new one. Gave me some choices and put the new one in. He answered all of my questions, was polite and cleaned up after service. Having to spend a $1000 was definitely not how I wanted to start my day, but overall Ryan made it a positive experience.

I called Thursday night with broken springs on a 15 year old chain drive system. Precision gave me a Friday window from 10:00am to 12:00.Technician Dejuan Harris showed up at my house 10:15 sharp. Dejuan was very professional explaining all my options. I chose to also replace the motor with a top of the line belt drive system. More expensive than I expected but piece of mind with a life time warranty. Love the LED lights. The installation was perfect! Thank you Dejuan! ????????
