Excellent service! Called with a door travel problem and Brett was there within 2 hours to fix the problem. Just a loose wire caused by a possum but he found it, fixed it and did a quick PM. Really nice guy, would highly recommend.

Our garage door opener was damaged by a lightning storm, was hoping for a minor repair, but discovered that parts were not available even though it was only 4 years old, Brent was very good at explaining & reassuring that the new opener was our only option. He was very friendly, patient & professional with the installation, & features & operation of the new one, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He made sure we understood how everything worked since this unit has more features than just opening & closing the door. He stayed when he was done to make sure all our questions were answered & we were satisfied. Yes, even though this was an expense I didn’t expect, I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs this kind of service. Thank you Tony, Debbie & Buddy (our puppy)

We just had our double garage doors serviced and upgraded with new motors from Precision Garage Door of St. Louis. Brett Warfel was the technician and did a superb job of explaining why we were having issues and the solutions. He was well prepared to handle the repairs and replacement of various parts right then and there.
