I called Thursday night with broken springs on a 15 year old chain drive system. Precision gave me a Friday window from 10:00am to 12:00.Technician Dejuan Harris showed up at my house 10:15 sharp. Dejuan was very professional explaining all my options. I chose to also replace the motor with a top of the line belt drive system. More expensive than I expected but piece of mind with a life time warranty. Love the LED lights. The installation was perfect! Thank you Dejuan! ????????

Precision Garage Door was great to work with. I called them in the evening and their technician Brett Warfel was at my house at 8:00 am. the next morning. Brett analyzed my issues, also checked my second garrage door and found issues with that. He quoted me an exact figure and fixed everything. He did a great job. Brett was professional and a very nice person. I enjoyed talking hockey with him and watching him work. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.

Brett communicated that he could come earlier than the scheduled time which was appreciated. He came and went over the problems and gave me multiple ways to fix the problems with my older garage door. Once I picked the one I wanted, he worked quickly and I was very pleased with his work. I called Precision at 8am to schedule a repair, they asked what type & I told them it was off track & unable to close. They scheduled me that same day between 2 & 4pm. I was texted at 1:30pm & told the tech was on his way. Dejuan showed up a few minutes before 2 pm. He inspected the garage door issue, gave me an estimated cost prior to starting & after getting my approval to proceed, he got to work. He got done just under 90 minutes later. Everything back to normal. He was polite & professional the whole time. We had a holiday party to attend 3 hours after he left. It was nice knowing the garage door was secure once again when we left. I would recommend this company for your garage repair issues.
