Jamey did an excellent job of walking me through current issues of my door and showing me options for fixing it, or getting a new opener as I had asked about. I ended up with a newer, quieter opener and am very pleased. He did the work in a timely manner as well. Great work!

Joel was really nice, on time, and informative. The LiftMaster he installed looks nice, but I know I overpaid for tje actual opener and keypad. The invoice was broken down nicely, and I didn't bother to argue - I'm betting their comparable to other companies. At least I know I got a good product and the guy that installed it did a good job. If you want to go cheap, buy one of your own and pay to have a handyman install it. If you want it done fast with some confidence behind it, just go ahead and pay the extra for these guys. I paid for the convenience and quality.

We had used Precision some time in the past and had a sticker near the door. Called and was given an appointment later on the same day. Was told to expect Technician between 4-6pm, Chris called and stated he was enroute at 4:15 and arrived at 4:40. He was clean, friendly and profesional in his manner. The advance call was much appreciated. The whole experience was pleasant and timely; I will certainly use Precision in the future and be happy to reccomend them to others!
