Decided upon Precision mainly due to scheduling something fast, and able to come out on a Sunday. Chris Newman was our Technician, and proved to be very knowledgeable and courteous, and thorough. We originally called due to a broken coil spring, but Chris found other items (which he explained in detail and showed me), such as a broken bottom plate (which could have caused more issues later on). Went over various options, and repaired / replaced the equipment in a very timely manner. Would definitely call on Precision Door in the future.

Joel gave us really great service! He communicated extremely well from the time he phoned to confirm our appointment, to phoning when on his way, to his detail in communicating the issue of the seal replacement for the outside of the garage door. I hope to request him in the future!

John is very knowledgeable. Service call was due to a broken spring, but possible parts failures were noted. John explained the likely reasons for the failure and left it up to us to determine which parts to replace. His work was fast and efficient. Good job.

I am writing this review on 9/6/2018. We spent over $1000.00 on our garage door to have basically all new parts but that is not the reason for this review. After all of the work the door still closed rather hard, I called on Sunday 9/2/2018 and asked if someone could come by and check to see if it can be adjusted so it does not close so hard. I asked if there would be a charge and was told no. Today a tech named Adam came and my wife told me he was the most rude arrogant and condescending individual that has ever come to our home, My wife was so upset they way he talked down to her. The service in setting up the appointment was handled very professionally. They took there time to find and earlier time slot for us to get the garbage door spring repaired. The service from the technician, Joel Rife was extremely professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door service. I also appreciated the email with the photos of the technicians and who was assigned to our job. Made us feel a lot safer of letting a stranger into our home.

Adam came out to take a look at a garage door that was giving us problems, it would sometimes start to close then go back up but was inconsistent in what it did. He diagnosed it was the opener but also examined the rollers, tracks and springs. We ended up having him install a new opener that same day. He determined that everything else was good and explained what he was seeing as he did the inspection. Very knowledgeable, extremely nice and worked quickly. Would definitely recommend Precision and Adam if anyone is having problems.
