I appreciate Precision making arrangements to get out to our house within a couple hours. As things would go on the day of our daughters wedding rehearsal, the garage door system broke and we could not get it open. Usually not a big deal however a large amount of stuff was being stored in the garage which was needed for the wedding. New springs, and an opener were install and operational that same afternoon. thank you!

I was very pleased with Precision. I scheduled for the next day with a 2 hour window period. The technician (Chris) called ahead of time and arrived promptly within the given time frame. He fixed the door quickly and was efficient and polite. I had a horrible experience with another service so was greatly relieved when Precision completed the job.

When the spring on my garage door broke I decided to look at Angie's list for a recommendation. Upon seeing the excellent reviews for precision door I decided to give them a call. The customer service representative was able to schedule a call the next day at my convenience. the service tech actually called me a little early and was able to come earlier than scheduled which was great for me. It was a nice feature that their website showed the picture of the service tech who would be calling on me. Drew was able to give me a complete and accurate estimate of what my costs were and was able to finish the job within the hour. All in all very satisfied with precision door

Called on Saturday. Appt made for sunday. Technician prompt courteous, friendly. Coming has good IT with reminder emails and invoicing. Tech had iPad app to easily perform inspection and present options for my repairs. Door was back working well.

I picked you because you offer late in the day hours, you're open late, you have someone answer the phone right away, and have bios of your garage door technicians along with reviews posted on your webpage. Our sensors were malfunctioning. Sometimes the door went down on the first try and sometimes it took multiple tries. The stress of not being able to depend on the garage door closing was too much. I was told Liftmaster makes an amazing opener but absolutely horrible sensor mounting. It was suggested I would either need to keep fidgitig with the sensors or have them permanently mounted to my garage. I quickly found a 2x4 and had your technician perform this service for me. Although my husband may have been able to do this, it was worth it to have it done right away to eliminate the stress. I found the service fee of $79 reasonable - especially since it would have cost me $49 just for him coming. It was worth it to pay a bit more and know the garage door sensors were reinstalled and aligned correctly. I would definitely recommend you to a friend. And in the future we need a new garage door, we will be calling you.
