We contacted Precision due to weekend availability, same day service, and because we purchased an insulated door from Precision in 2014. Patrick M. arrived quickly, conducted an inspection and explained our options. He was professional, very patient and thorough. Our garage door opener was at the 20-year mark. We decided to replace it on the spot. Patrick showed us various features on our new garage door opener. We appreciate his time, help and patience.

I called on July 30, 2021 for service and was told tech would be there between 8am and 10am on the 31st. Brent Gregory was here at 9am and immediately took care of the issue. He was courteous, professional and explained the whole process. If all of your techs are as good as he is, your company is in great hands. He deserves a raise. Thank you!

Brett provided excellent service. He came out and did a thorough inspection and then got my door back on the track and working again. During his inspection he discovered that there is damage to the bottom panel and it needs to be replaced. Brett called the office and they recommended that I contact the garage door company so they don’t add to my cost. When it’s time for a new garage door opener I will be calling Precision Garage Door and requesting Brett!

I was very impressed by being able to get same day service, especially on a weekend. I literally had my new garage door opener in hand just 15 minutes after the service man arrived. And if I didn't mention it, hee arrived within 45 of my initial call! It doesn't get much better than that except, the service man was so very pleasant and professional!
