Brett and Keith did an excellent job re-connecting a WiFi opener system after the WiFi router was changed out. They worked through the process with 2 openers and re-established remote access. Very nice guys to work with - both professional and courteous. (This was a 2-garage door system that Brett originally installed.)

Responded first thing in morning after late afternoon service call request. Keypad function was erratic - sometimes not working at all. Andrew replaced after troubleshooting. Noticed that the old springs were weak - not holding up door properly - and subject to breaking, with possible motor damage resulting. Replaced springs and bearings - job completed in under two hours. Andrew also explained how the door opener works and what to look for to maintain its function. He was thorough and friendly. We highly recommend Precision for garage door installation and service.

I couldn't be happier with Precision Garage Door. We had a garage door spring break on a Thursday evening, and the company was able to send someone out on Friday to both provide an estimate and to repair the door. Our service tech was named Will and he was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and was able to service and repair all three of our garage doors in just a few hours. Everyone at the company was very professional and I thought the fee for the repairs was quite reasonable. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

What a easy great experience. You sent over Dejuan Harris and he had a new employee with him. Both these guys were polite and easy to work with. They were able to solve my issues quickly and get both my doors working again properly. I have 2 different garage doors, one is very old and is extremely old. They were able to get both units up and running. It is great to see two intelligent hard working polite working who want to do the right thing to help a customer in need.

I made a call to Precision Door at 7:30a on a Thursday and a technician, Brett Warfel, was at our door within the hour. Brett was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and clearly cared about providing top-notch customer service. We had a nice conversation about hockey and almost forgot that it was 25° outside. He explained the various options in detail and ensured price, warranty and life of the newly installed product were clear before I made any decision. This is the second time I have used Percision for my garage door needs. They have been on time, and came with the proper repair parts for my door repair needs. Repair men, in both situations, were clear what the repair required and able to clearly describe repair needed.
