I can't say enough about Shawn. He was so knowledgeable. He not only replaced a missing bolt on our garage door but he helped us with a few other minor, annoying issues that we were having. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door of St. Louis to anyone without hesitation.

The initial visit was fine although expensive. I had a new keypad installed and purchased 4 new remotes. Six months later the keypad stopped working. I called and just wanted someone to troubleshoot over the phone with me. Instead I was told the only option was to set up a service call--at a fee--to fix it. Very disappointing that this company is not willing to assist their customers in repairing a SIX MONTH OLD product that shouldn't stop working so soon after purchase.

If you are thinking of getting a garage door installed be forewarned not to put LED bulbs in the opener. Apparently they are not compatible with the openers and will "burn out" the electronics. Our door is only a year and a half old and the fix was $215. Wish someone would have forewarned us about the bulbs and about the cost of the repair. Prior to this, my review would have been much higher. I love the door and was happy with the install process.

Hello Mr. Smith, I am sorry that you had a problem with using a LED bulb in your opener. We do instruct our techs to alert customers not to replace burned out factory bulbs with LED bulbs. There is a warning in the owner's manual and we are asking the manufacturer to work on a way to better let the customer. With the invent on the LED bulb, we are addressing this issue. I am glad that you were happy with the door and the install. Thank you.

My daughter used your company about 6 weeks ago and was very impressed. I was dealing with another Overhead Door Company that left me uneasy and decided to switch.
