Service was prompt, Technician Patrick had good presentation he gave options of repair cost along with explanation of needed repairs, There was an issue with the service charge But was quickly resolved after a phone call to customer service, one concern is a walk thru after work completed should take place to avoid any customer questions and clarity of work preformed and charges. Which also avoids another service call . Charges for service a little pricey to reuse old parts. Overall I would use again because of the companies effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

Thanks Precision Door for quick service. We called on Friday and were able to get a Saturday appointment. The service tech, Kevin, called prior to arrival and arrived on time. He had all parts to replace our spring on his truck and was able to get our door back operating! He was helpful in reviewing options and the estimate was clear and pricing was not changed at completion.

Very positive experience with Precision. I saw their truck in my neighborhood and called on a whim to ask them to see if they could find any additional clearance so my new higher profile car would fit in my garage. Had spoken to a couple contractors and they were quoting several thousand to re-frame the front of the garage, so i was hoping to avoid that. The technician came out, and no more than 30 minutes later I had 4 to 5 inches of additional clearance, and could park my car without trouble. Cost me $65 bucks I think. To say I was happy is an understatement. The technician was friendly, efficient, and professional. Couldn't ask for better service. Will recommend in the future.
