My repairman was John Nair - he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The spring broke on my door and I called in the evening and he was at my house the next morning about 7:45am. He assessed the problem and it was fixed within an hour. I like that I was given 3 options for the repair. I chose the most expensive option, but I feel confident my door is better quality now, than when I purchased my house 2 years ago. I also like that employees' photos are on your website so you know who to expect when they arrive at your house.

Our spring went out on Friday night with one vehicle stuck inside the garage. I called Saturday morning expecting not to be fit in on such short notice, and I was surprised that someone could be over in a few hours. Jamey explained my different options and had us up and running in no time! I was very pleased with every step of the process from the phone call, to the service, and the final product! After waking to a broken spring, I called Precision Garage Door hoping they would be able to squeeze me in the same day to get an estimate on the necessary repairs. Not only were they able to come out and provide an estimate, they were able to perform the following services in the same visit: Replaced the spring, replaced the door rollers, and replaced the garage door opener. They performed the work quickly and in a professional manner. I will use Precision again when it is time to upgrade my other garage door and hopefully will have the same technicians perform the work (Chris Koch and Kyle Denton).

Great customer service. I called the 24hr line late in the evening (lighting knocked out our garage door opener) and was told a tech would be out the next day and I would receive a call from the tech with an estimated time of arrival. By the time I was off the phone, I had an email confirmation with the tech's information and appointment information. The next day, as promised, I received a call from Joel, the tech, letting me know what time he would be arriving. Joel was promoted and professional. Another thing that made the service excellent, we didn't have to wait another day to have our opener installed, Joel had the system on his truck.
