Meh. I paid quite a handsome sum for an "I think" diagnosis of an issue that really just leads me to purchase a new opener (he didn't have the electric part i needed w him). I wasn't sold on the idea he knew what he was talking about...seemed green. Plus he was super early and disrupted my work and I was trying to deal w him AND my client on the phone. Overall just an unpleasant experience. Didn't hate it, definitely didn't love it. Likely won't use Precision again.

We do that as a courtesy for the customer so there are no surprises. Please feel free to tell our guys in the future to arrive as scheduled and not early if it will be a problem for you. Patrick is a seasoned tech but can be too nice in his explanation to customers, hence the "I think." I am not sure what electrical part he did not have but it looks like you were only charged a $69.00 service fee and your safety eyes were realigned. Courteous staff beginning with phone call and ending with the technician completing the repair. I received a phone message about an hour before the scheduled appointment stating the tech was on his way. It included his name and picture. Prompt, knowledgeable tech explained our problems, made suggestions to prevent future problems with no pressure to proceed. Price quotes, options and expedient repair earned 5 stars. Will definitely use Precision again should the need arise. .

The technician showed up with the wrong doors and had to go back to the office to get the right ones, so he got a late start. Once he started working, he did a great job. We are happy with the doors and openers so far.
