Same day service and our service man (Adam) was courteous, friendly, and very skilled. He estimated the time and finished within five minutes of the estimate. Good to go, no problems since. I would definately choose Precision again.

Wonderful service, called at 7 am and they came out at 930. Garage door spring broken. based on condition and age of existing garage door, suggested that we replace the entire door, but gave me the options of which I wanted to do. Door is 20 years old and shows signs of problems, so replace is the smart thing to do.

Our garage door spring broke, but Precision was able to send a technician on a Sunday to complete repairs. Joel Rife was extremely helpful as he took the time to explain the condition of the garage door assembly and outlined our options for repair. We chose to replace everything (garage door, tracks, rollers, hinges, springs, cables, bearing plates, etc.) assembly due to the age and condition of our current system. Joel was even able to clamp our current spring in order for us to open the garage door while we schedule the new door to be installed. Very happy with initial service and excited for our new door to be installed!

5 STARS!! Shawn Roderick was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our keypad was broken, so he replaced that and did a thorough check of all of the mechanisms related to the garage door. He made suggestions without a "hard sell" attitude for which I was very grateful, and I had Shawn replace the rollers on the door. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who needs a garage door replacement or repair. Thank you!!

We did some comparison shopping and were impressed with the information on the web site. The technician, Cal Langford was right on time. He took the time to explain our options and answer all our questions. We purchased a new garage door opener to replace our old screw drive opener that was over 10 years old and broken. it took about 30 minutes to install the new opener. Cal made sure it was working and that we had the instructions for using a smart phone app to open the door. He was very polite and informative.

Very pleased with the service of Precision Door! The springs on my garage door broke on Tuesday evening and they immediately scheduled service for the next day. The technitian was extremely knowledgable and super polite. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue within an hour.
