Hello Mike, I will call you so we can go over your experience and help us learn how we can improve. I will tell you that it is true that the new LED bulbs fry and disrupt the logic boards in the operators. I agree it is strange but true. The new operators now can accommodate the LED bulbs. As far as the pricing, we can discuss when we speak but it is surprising that the others had better equipment because we have the best in the industry..Our high cycle springs are 100,000 cycles where others are 25,000 cycles, our rollers are enclosed to prevent dust, crime and moisture that can weaken and cause friction and poor rolling, our cables are thicker and contain more strands to improve strength and longevity. This was our first experience with Precision and it was great! We called on a Sunday, had an appointment for the same afternoon, the technician was able to come earlier than expected, and everything was completed quickly. 3 hours from the time I called and we basically had a new door. John was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered some great tips. Great first impression!

7/21/2018 Great Job! This was the first time we used Precision Door Service and was completely satisfied with the results. The garage door spring broke late Friday, and Adam came out a little before 10 AM on Saturday. Adam was on time, reviewed with me the safety concerns and my options and worked diligently removing the old garage door springs and putting in the new Hi Cycle springs and rollers. He made necessary checks on other concerns of the door, tightened and replaced bolts as necessary and was done before we knew it! I highly recommend Precision Door for Garage Door service of any kind. Adam was very pleasant, worked hard and smart and did a great job.

Precision Door Service responded with next day service to repair my garage door. John (and Adam I believe) was thoroughly professional. They inspected the damage and offered me multiple service options. They were very efficient and completed the job in less than 45 minutes. I was very happy with the service provided and will happily use Precision again.

You scheduled me quickly for service to repair my door that was down and frozen. Your repairman came when scheduled and explained the repairs required IE broken cables, spring, and bad bearings. Chris was pleasant and repaired the door quickly. We are very satisfied.

From 1 to 5 I'd give a 10!!!! Professional, through and through, and worked so hard replacing my garage opener in freezing cold weather. Very nice gentleman and made sure I was satisfied and walked me through everything from nuts to bolts!! Did all he could to program it to my car opener but my car is almost 11 years old and he spent a lot of time trying to make it work. My son, also a Thomas, recommended you when you put in my garage door a year ago as he was very pleased with your work also. Thank you so coming out in this horrid cold. I have already told my neighbors about you!

Your service tech Chris, as very through and offered the best repair and I know the correct repair options for my garage door. But due to the age and my budget, he repaired my broken single spring with two two new replacement springs for better operation. Chris was very personable and offered the best and correct options for repair.

Cal was the service person. He evaluated the door opener and the repair. But in repairing it he found my opener was okay and I didn't need a new one. Honesty was greatly appreciated. I chose Precision based on reputation and recommendations from friends. Technician Shawn Roderick was quite efficient in identifying what was wrong with the old garage opener. He provided all the information necessary to make a decision and once I agreed, He began the install. Installation was quick and he provided the information about the new opener. If I ever need a new garage door, Precision will be my first call. Outstanding service!

Prices too high! Shawn is a nice guy, seems to know his stuff, although I am a bit perplexed about the "LED bulb fries the motor" epidemic...several garage door pro's I check with know nothing about it. Maybe they are just not in the know. I guess I am a case in point to prove it. Again, 3 other sources I checked with on the work I still need done are all lower than Precision, and 2 were FAR lower, and for better equipment. So, I will never recommend your firm to anyone.
