DeJuan was our repairman today. I was very impressed with his professional bearing, knowledge, and respect. He arrived early, did the inspection, briefed me on what was needed, and what the repair options were. At the end of which I was already sold on the repair with 7 yr warranty option. The repairs were completed in the quoted time, area policed, and done in an hour. We had the two springs, 2 drums, cables, and all rollers replaced. Would definitely use Precision again, and will recommend to friends. Thank You

Fast, reliable, professional, courteous service! This is my second time working with this company. Both times were excellent experiences! Setting up a service appointment is easy and you are promptly put on the schedule. You can call to schedule, or, do an online appointment. I opted for calling, and spoke with a LIVE service representative!!!! Ryan was our service technician both times. The first time Ryan replaced a broken spring on one of our garage doors. He replaced the spring, and the garage door function was as good as new. This second experience, was to replace our aging and antiquated 17 year old garage door openers. We were able to choose the best model for our needs. There was no pressure to up sell! Ryan has excellent skills, is easy to communicate with, and very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs! Thanks again!

The spring on our garage door broke Saturday late afternoon. The garage door was replaced in 2016, I called the company that installed it, spoke with an answering service, & was told they would leave them a message, & someone would be in touch Monday morning. Then I called Precision, spoke with a very helpful person & had an appointment for Monday AM bet 8 & 10. Brett, the tech called around 7:30, & was here around 8:00. He was very professional & personable, he answered all of my questions & explained everything about the repair! My past garage door service provider retired, and I had a friend tell me about Precision maybe six weeks ago. I found out that a spring had broken, so I called Precision before 5pm Thursday, and Ryan Fisher (Service Technician) called me at 7:40am Friday morning to let me know that he would be at my house within 30 minutes. Ryan arrived exactly when he said he would, explained the things he would be looking at, and then broke down the costs of the owns and the repair. No pressure...it felt like I was dealing with a family member.
