My past garage door service provider retired, and I had a friend tell me about Precision maybe six weeks ago. I found out that a spring had broken, so I called Precision before 5pm Thursday, and Ryan Fisher (Service Technician) called me at 7:40am Friday morning to let me know that he would be at my house within 30 minutes. Ryan arrived exactly when he said he would, explained the things he would be looking at, and then broke down the costs of the owns and the repair. No pressure...it felt like I was dealing with a family member.

Service Man was Brett Warfel I am extremely happy with the service and work done by Brett on my garage door. He was professional , courteous , friendly and spent time explaining my options and providing suggestions regarding which garage door opener I should purchase. Service was the same day , you can't get better than that. If you have any problems with your garage door or your garage door opener , you will be extremely happy with the service and products provided by Precision Door. They have the best people and the best service available , I have use them for many years.

Fantastic Costumer service and turnaround time!! I called Friday night and technician showed up Saturday morning, 10 minutes before the appointment even. Got the springs replaced and even lubricated main components of the track system, will call them for any future work for sure! Thank you so much

Prices too high! Shawn is a nice guy, seems to know his stuff, although I am a bit perplexed about the "LED bulb fries the motor" epidemic...several garage door pro's I check with know nothing about it. Maybe they are just not in the know. I guess I am a case in point to prove it. Again, 3 other sources I checked with on the work I still need done are all lower than Precision, and 2 were FAR lower, and for better equipment. So, I will never recommend your firm to anyone.

Hello Mike, I will call you so we can go over your experience and help us learn how we can improve. I will tell you that it is true that the new LED bulbs fry and disrupt the logic boards in the operators. I agree it is strange but true. The new operators now can accommodate the LED bulbs. As far as the pricing, we can discuss when we speak but it is surprising that the others had better equipment because we have the best in the industry..Our high cycle springs are 100,000 cycles where others are 25,000 cycles, our rollers are enclosed to prevent dust, crime and moisture that can weaken and cause friction and poor rolling, our cables are thicker and contain more strands to improve strength and longevity.
