You scheduled me quickly for service to repair my door that was down and frozen. Your repairman came when scheduled and explained the repairs required IE broken cables, spring, and bad bearings. Chris was pleasant and repaired the door quickly. We are very satisfied.

From 1 to 5 I'd give a 10!!!! Professional, through and through, and worked so hard replacing my garage opener in freezing cold weather. Very nice gentleman and made sure I was satisfied and walked me through everything from nuts to bolts!! Did all he could to program it to my car opener but my car is almost 11 years old and he spent a lot of time trying to make it work. My son, also a Thomas, recommended you when you put in my garage door a year ago as he was very pleased with your work also. Thank you so coming out in this horrid cold. I have already told my neighbors about you!

Your service tech Chris, as very through and offered the best repair and I know the correct repair options for my garage door. But due to the age and my budget, he repaired my broken single spring with two two new replacement springs for better operation. Chris was very personable and offered the best and correct options for repair.
