Patrick came over inspected my repair needs and took information to replace a panel on my garage door. His boss called me later and told me they would prefer to not do the work on my door because it's not a type of door they have access to order parts for maintenance purposes. This company was kind enough to give me a free review of my situation. I would give them highest rating because of their willingness to want to help although this particular door is not within their bailiwick. I have been able to establish support from other companies.

In your ad I saw that there is no extra charge for night or weekend service and that is important to those of us who have a car being held hostage in our garages. Thankfully, we did not have to disturb you on a weekend or night, We called Thursday afternoon and got an appointment for 10:00 AM Friday. Keith arrived exactly on time, was knowledgeable about the product, thorough and efficient; also professional yet friendly. I would definitely recommend you to friends and family and I give you FIVE gold stars!
