Thanks Precision Door for quick service. We called on Friday and were able to get a Saturday appointment. The service tech, Kevin, called prior to arrival and arrived on time. He had all parts to replace our spring on his truck and was able to get our door back operating! He was helpful in reviewing options and the estimate was clear and pricing was not changed at completion.

Door was out of balance. Joel Rife was the technician who handled the job. He was excellent......presented himself well, was obviously very qualified, explained what he was doing and handled the fix promptly. He spoke highly of the company and the management.
