Outstanding customer service! The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He also gave me options after reviewing my garage door. I contacted them after a cable broke not allowing us to close the door. We contacted them and they had someone out in a couple hours. I told him about another issue we had with the door not wanting to close infrequently and he was able to fix that problem as well. He gave me some long term maintenance tips and advised me to not use LED lights in the opener. Nobody wants to pay for these repairs but this experience eased the pain.

Thanks Precision Door for quick service. We called on Friday and were able to get a Saturday appointment. The service tech, Kevin, called prior to arrival and arrived on time. He had all parts to replace our spring on his truck and was able to get our door back operating! He was helpful in reviewing options and the estimate was clear and pricing was not changed at completion.
