I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! Brent Gregory, their Service Technician, was prompt, friendly, and quickly found the problem. He gave a quote before starting on the work. The support for the track,chain and cable had detached from the stud. The cable had cut thru some of the parts. This was a dangerous situation. I am grateful he repaired every thing, and at a reasonable price.

One of our garage door cables came off and even though we were able to reattach it and get the opener to work, the door was crooked. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service on a Saturday morning and the woman who answered was very nice and said someone would be there in 2-3 hours. A short time later Shawn called and said he was in the area and would be here in about 6 minutes. When Shawn arrived I told him we tried fixing it ourselves and he advised us of the danger of torsion spring doors and was glad nobody was hurt. In a very short while he straightened the door and had it functioning like new. Very friendly service from the call to the quick repair. I highly recommend them.

I have used Precision three other times in the last 20 years and have always been happy. This time I had my spring replaced. It was replaced 17 years ago and had a lifetime warranty. They replaced it charging only for labor. So, they stand behind their warranty. I also had the rollers replaced. Andrew arrived on time, and said the repairs would take 45 minutes. He was right. He wore a mask and asked if he could work in the garage without it. I said yes. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them for any garage door repairs and hope they send Andrew.
