I was pleasantly surprised after calling Precision at around 9 a.m. I was able to have a service call set up for the same day. I was locked out of my garage door due to broken springs. John Nair, was my tech and was at my home by 2 p.m. and rehauled my 16ft. garage door. He was thorough in telling me what was needed and showed me in detail what he needed to do. He also observed a needed safety spring on my 8ft. door that had never been installed. This guy was focused and had the job completed within record time. He had everything on the van so no delays with ordering parts. I was very comfortable working with John. He knows his business and a true professional. My garage door is so quiet and Better than new. I also have to give him a High Five for rolling my trash can in for me. So Kind! Thanks again John.

Patrick called before coming and arrived on time. He was very professional and quickly assessed my situation, making his recomendations based on his observations. Our garage door opener broke yesterday afternoon. By 1245p this afternoon our opener was fixed with the addition of new bearings and cables. Couldn’t have asked for any better service or quality of work

My 20 year old garage door opener died on Saturday afternoon. I called Precision at 4pm on Saturday. I had an appointment schedule for 4pm on Sunday. The technician arrived at 3:30, replaced the opener and was finished by 4:30pm. No need to take any time off work!!

Everything went very good. He looked at the problem and did an excellent job of fixing it. I was going to try and fix it myself but after seeing all the things he did, that I would never had thought to do, I am glad that I called your people to fix the door. He was very friendly and made sure everything worked well before he left. Thanks for the quick response and the price was very reasonable.

It was a Sunday afternoon... We were on our way out of town when our garage door broke and would not close.we were packed and walking out the door and thought for sure our trip was canceled because we wouldn’t be able to get someone out to fix it until the next day.
