I had a new garage door opener installed last year from Precision. Much quieter and more interactive than my 20year old one. Yesterday I had a hinge break ( not replaced last year). They came out today and fixed the problem and looked the system over again. Very pleased with their service!

Door spring popped on my residential garage door at just before noon today. Contacted Precision right at 12:09. They responded and dispatched immediately. John Lane was at my door by 12:45 and ready to go. He inspected and repaired everything within an hour, walked me through the repair, and was on his way by 2:00. Fast and efficient. We were on our way out of town when our garage door broke and would not close.we were packed and walking out the door and thought for sure our trip was canceled because we wouldn’t be able to get someone out to fix it until the next day. I was pleasantly surprised after calling Precision at around 9 a.m. I was able to have a service call set up for the same day. I was locked out of my garage door due to broken springs. John Nair, was my tech and was at my home by 2 p.m. and rehauled my 16ft. garage door. He was thorough in telling me what was needed and showed me in detail what he needed to do. He also observed a needed safety spring on my 8ft. door that had never been installed. This guy was focused and had the job completed within record time. He had everything on the van so no delays with ordering parts. I was very comfortable working with John. He knows his business and a true professional. My garage door is so quiet and Better than new. I also have to give him a High Five for rolling my trash can in for me. So Kind! Thanks again John.

My 20 year old garage door opener died on Saturday afternoon. I called Precision at 4pm on Saturday. I had an appointment schedule for 4pm on Sunday. The technician arrived at 3:30, replaced the opener and was finished by 4:30pm. No need to take any time off work!!
