I was very fortunate to spot the PRECISION Garage Door van in my neighborhood, walked up to the service technician Brent, and asked him how I couild have him take a look at my garage door. He stated he was just finishing a job and could be with me in less than 15 minutes...and he was! I was immediately put on his phone with "the office", provided the info necessary to establish an account, had Brent assess my situation, which he stated could be taken care of immediately and completed in an hour's time. And just like that, an hour later, my garage door had much needed new rollers, pulleys and cabling. It's working as it should and I feel quite fortunate to have spotted Brent,and that he could get the job done "on the spot" THANK YOU! Job well done!

Chris called me to let me know when he would be here. When he arrived he gave me 3 quotes. 1. To replace the springs. 2. To replace the springs and 3 bearings. 3. To replace the springs, 3 bearings and cables. I chose 3 for the 7 year warranty, $113.00 discount. I also received a $15.00 internet discount for a total of $748.72. I did not know that my center bearing was plastic. The new rollers have 13 ball bearings and nylon covers on the rollers. The door is has been noisy since the builder installed it. It is very quiet now. Chris was courteous and completed the job in and hour and 15 minutes including the estimates. I recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone who needs their garage door serviced.

I found you on the internet and was impressed with your website and the customer reviews. Service was performed by Shaun with complete satisfaction, and the additional information he provided. I was quoted a price of $79 on the phone, but the bill was $108.00. I did not ask Shaun about the discrepancy.

The employees were very polite and courteous. They completed a quick inspection of the door, track, rollers, etc. and offered three options of service. Opting to replace only the broken springs, they completed the work very quickly. The price was reasonable. However, I felt charging a service charge of $59 in addition to labor and parts was unnecessary. I would call them again but ask for an estimate over the phone before setting an appointment.

Justin was great! He diagnosed the issue and had a quote to replace the broken springs within the first 5 minutes. Took Justin about 10 minutes to replace and then test the door function. I will ask for him again to work on my garage door! Besides being friendly he is extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Precision was great too as I am closing on the house I sold tomorrow and called Precision in a panic to get the door fixed before closing. Justin was at my driveway less than an hour after calling Precision. I cannot thank you enough for the quick turn around time!

My garage door is 15+ years old and was making noise while coming down. The service man came, fully inspected all the partst and found nothing wrong. He lubricated the rolling parts and left with the service. No sales pitch which I like the most.

My garage door's torsion spring broke. Chris and Kyle from Precision were able to be out the next day, a Saturday. They called 30 minutes prior to arriving. They quickly assessed the situation and provided an estimate. ~$700 for two new springs, new bearings, bearing plates, cables and door rollers, service & 7 year warranty. The work took about an hour. It's more than I was hoping to spend but that's not based on anything other than my own cheapness - meanwhile I'm glad to not have had to do the work myself! Now I won't have to worry about the door for another 7-10 years.

Kal came out to my residence to install a new garage door opener courtesy of Precision. Kal was personable and carefully explained some of the earlier obstacles without making excuses and made it clear that Precison was going to stand behind their guarantee for customer satisfaction and make things right. After a timely installation, he made sure I was able to test the door which worked perfectly. He also went over some of the literature which details some of the systems extra features which included the ability to control the door with a smart phone. Precision certainly did make good on their promise, and I am more than satisfied with both the product and the customer service that was provided. Kudos to Kal as well for his professional attitude and work.
