Had a broken spring on my door. My technician Joel Rife was on time and listened to what my issues were with the garage door. He then explained to me everything that he was going to inspect that involved the door. Before he left he made sure that all my questions were answered. Very good company.

Wow! Super smooth trouble free transaction. Shawn called to announce arrival, and showed up early. Repair was made to track and adjustment made. I was able to ask all the questions I had regarding the old garage door that I had. Also time was taken to show me what parts needing to be lubricated in the future. Highly recommend Precision Overhead Door for anyone looking for a quick and professionally fixed garage door problem. I can’t say enough about this company! This is the second time I have used Precision and I have been nothing but pleased. The staff is so friendly-from tbe first call to the end of the job. There is no pressure and most of all they are honest, making recommendations, respectful of your decisions, explaining things and just so kind and friendly! Repairman came out in a good waiting period. Told me the garage door was level and that I should put a piece of insulation under the door that was raised up. Funny but before the new springs were placed the door closed level with the garage floor !!
