The service was absolutely 5 stars. It was a bit of an emergency late in the evening and a technician, John Nair, came within an hour. He was immensely professional and proficient. Yes, I had to buy a new door, but he explained why clearly and skilfully. He was also a decent and friendly bloke. I highly recommend Precision.

A friend referred me to your company, and I'm glad he did. The door was broken, and would not go up or down. Chris Koch and another person whose name I did not write down, came much earlier than we were told, (and that was greatly appreciated). They were both very curious, and the job was completed in a short time. The door is now working like new.

Precision came yesterday (Saturday of Memorial Day weekend!) to fix my garage door. Sean was extremely nice (called in advance, called when he arrived) and explained every step to me along the way. It was a quick adjustment and he did a lubrication to the springs, too. It was a little pricey (and would've been more so without the Angie's List coupon) but good service, nice people, solid work is worth it.
