I’ve used your company before that is why I called for service of a broken spring on a double wide glass garage door. Tried giving the part number for the spring to the scheduler. I was assured it wasn’t needed. Technician arrived very quickly from the original call. Technician Viewed the broken spring and called his office and was advised to tell me they wouldn’t handle. The technician acted very professional and I reassured him that I knew he was only the messenger. I was never quoted a price to replace the spring. I was then quoted 357 for a temporary clamp on the spring. I said NO THANKS AND CALLED OVERHEAD DOOR COMPANY!!

We had used Precision before and had a good experience, and the phone number was on a sticker on the door. I was very happy that they could come at 5 pm on a Friday. Dajuan Harris was friendly and businesslike. I felt the cost was high but was glad to have it repaired so quickly.
