All went well with the repair, didn't know I would be required to purchase a safety cable but according to Chris it is a law not to have one. Needed all new rollers so my bill was a little costly. Chris was very nice and knew exactly what was needed. Yes I would recommend your company Thank yoy

The service was absolutely 5 stars. It was a bit of an emergency late in the evening and a technician, John Nair, came within an hour. He was immensely professional and proficient. Yes, I had to buy a new door, but he explained why clearly and skilfully. He was also a decent and friendly bloke. I highly recommend Precision.

Service technician came the next day after our phone call. He came earlier than the scheduled time. Justin was very efficient and knowledgeable about his work. Explained what was needed and the options we had. He was super polite and very pleased with his work ethic and professionalism.

A friend referred me to your company, and I'm glad he did. The door was broken, and would not go up or down. Chris Koch and another person whose name I did not write down, came much earlier than we were told, (and that was greatly appreciated). They were both very curious, and the job was completed in a short time. The door is now working like new.

Precision came yesterday (Saturday of Memorial Day weekend!) to fix my garage door. Sean was extremely nice (called in advance, called when he arrived) and explained every step to me along the way. It was a quick adjustment and he did a lubrication to the springs, too. It was a little pricey (and would've been more so without the Angie's List coupon) but good service, nice people, solid work is worth it.

On Sunday morning my garage door suddenly failed. We called Precision and Jamey arrived to fix our problem on time and as promised. He was both skilled and very personable.
