Megan came out today to fix our garage door. She was early, very conscientious and knowledgeable. She saw immediately what the problem was and fixed it in less than an hour. We knew we needed a new garage door, and she put together a very reasonable proposal for us, which we accepted. Very prompt and actually early. Very friendly and competent. Price was much more than expected. Average price on Google was $250-350 and we paid $575 But cannot get cars out of garage so kind if a necessity! Appreciated the great response which made the cost a little more understandable. He clearly explained what needed to be repaired, gave a specific price quote for the work to be done, and gave an accurate estimate for the time it would take. My garage door opener went kaput after 20 years and needed to be replaced. Brett with Precision installed new cable and replaced opener in about an hour. We were very pleased with the service we received and would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage repairs. We have a lot of confidence in Precision because of positive prior experience with your company and its employees. We needed to get an emergency repair done because a spring broke and we couldn't get our door open and out of our garage. The spring broke at 11:00 at night so we called the south county number the next morning at 8:00. The repair staff showed up by 8:30 and had finished the spring repairs by 10:30. We were very impressed with the work done by Brett Warfel and Megan. They both were very professional and polite. They answered our questions and were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Brett explained very thoroughly what needed to be done and how much it would cost including a senior discount.
