Hello Michael, Thank you for the 5 Star review. I see you believe thought there was a difference in the amount charged. Sorry for the confusion. I will review/listen to the call-in and see what was said. Our operators should have told you that "springs start at $199.99 and go up from there."Our techs have all types of springs on their trucks so they should have been available. Let me check and I will respond later. ....I see you declined the service to be completed. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do. (The call-in operator did properly alert to the spring cost but that can be confusing)

Technician was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained the service he was performing thoroughly. (Installing a new keypad) We forgot to ask about a senior citizen discount since we are over the age of 65. Is it too late to apply for one? We give the company and the whole experience a 5-star rating. We will definitely call again when needed.

Reliable and immediately began to trouble shoot to identify the problem. Next a detailed explanation is provided using descriptive and specific detail and how the problem could be resolved. An estimate is given based on a couple of resolution based on the resolution. In my situation I was given a choice which included two scenarios and cost. It was a real pleasure doing business with Prrecision, I highly recommend this company as an honest and reliable service advocate.
