I came home at 6pm to a broken spring. I found the Precision online through a quick google search. Super fast response, was able to schedule a technician the next morning at 8am. Brett arrived on-time, did a great job explaining the options, and completed the job very quickly. I am very happy I called Precision, they did a great job.

Couldn’t believe how fast and easy it was to schedule an appointment. They showed up exactly at the scheduled time and completed the work in less than 90 minutes. Matt was my repair guy and he was fantastic. I would definitely recommend him and Precision.

From the start, the staff at Precision were polite and helpful. The woman who scheduled our appointment was polite and consise. Brett was great! He is very knowledgeable, thorough and respectful. He assessed the problem and gave me alternatives for fixing. He demonstrated the products afterwards and made sure to double check everything. He seems to enjoy what he is doing and did a very good job! We have used your company before and will continue to do so!

Very professional. Prompt response. I had an issue late night and the team responded first thing in the morning and took care of the garage door. Brad was very good in explaining the problem and I signed up for the seven-year warranty. I would highly recommend to anybody with garage door issues.

Andrew showed up on time. Gave me a quick observation on what needed to be done and proceeded to fix the problem in about 45 minutes. He was outstanding. I actually called around noon and he showed up 2 hours later.

I was having issues with garage door randomly not closing. Sometimes had to hold button down to get it to close. Did not have anything different around them. Although Chris and Adam could not get the garage door to do it while they were here, they checked different areas and was very knowledgeable and professional. We appreciate all the explanations and tips they gave to keep a trouble free garage door. Hopefully, the problem that I had will not resurface.

Have used Precision for all our garage door needs over the years. Our technician Matthew was courteous and on time. Cost was very fair and their communication prior to arrival was excellent. I highly recommend Precision.
