Dejuan was friendly and knowledge. He explained the inspection and repairs done. He made recommendations for future to relieve stress on the door and opener. Repairing the door was stressing us out and Dejuan made the repair quickly! Stress free ????????? As far as their rates go, any home repair is pricey, it was still reasonable. How can you price relieving stress though!? Thank you so much for your help and an expeditious repair!

Selected because of same day service. Most prefer not to have garage open to the elements and visitors overnight or few days from now. Dejuan Harris arrived about an hour from my call. He assessed situation and made adjustments as needed to keep it going as long as possible. Unit original from build 2005 so hope lasts bit longer. DeJuan was nice and professional and friendly. I’ll definitely call precision again.

I had a 1 1/2 horse power chamberlain with 2 100 watt bulbs and a motion sensor that turned on the lights in the garage with movement and also a battery backup and a liftmaster sensor in our bedroom to let us know if the door was open or closed. The guy said 550.00 to replace gear with no guarantee something else isn't wrong or 680.00 to replace. I mistakenly said go ahead and replace . I walk out later and see his idea of replace was a 160.00 1/2 horse power opener with a 60 watt bulb no battery backup and no motion sensor. We are both 70 years old. I don't remember the last time I felt so bad and taken advantage of. You don't want me posting a rewiew.
