I called Monday morning and the technician, cal was here at 1230 that day. he quickly replaced the broken springs and found some other issues which he repaired as well. he was very knowledgable and helpful with good information for us to maintain the door. He checked the two garage door systems and made a comprehensive suggestion including the spring and new rollers for the both doors..
