Dejuan was friendly and knowledge. He explained the inspection and repairs done. He made recommendations for future to relieve stress on the door and opener. Repairing the door was stressing us out and Dejuan made the repair quickly! Stress free ????????? As far as their rates go, any home repair is pricey, it was still reasonable. How can you price relieving stress though!? Thank you so much for your help and an expeditious repair!

Our garage door spring broke over the weekend so we called Precision Garage Door and they had a tech out within two hours. Matt was very professional and took the time to explain the repairs needed and how to tell when the other garage door spring starts to fail. Brady came out to our house to inspect why our garage door wasn’t working. He was very friendly and did a great job explaining what was the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. Never felt pressured to agree to the service. He fixed the problem and our garage door functions like new.

I needed a new garage door opener installed and Precision made it so easy. I made my appt online and got a confirmation email right away. Before my appt, I got a call and a text from my installer Chris, with his picture and bio. He installed the opener, a few cracked hinges, and new rollers in 1.5 hours and then explained everything in great detail. The new opener is so quiet. I’m very happy with their service!
